Positive opinion of the Supervisory Board on dividend payment recommendation

Company’s Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on the Company Management Board’s motion on distribution of the Company’s net profit earned in 2015.

The dividend record date is 4 July 2016, and the dividend payout day is 18 July 2016. Amount of recommended dividend to shareholders of PLN 203m, i.e. PLN 0.49 per share.

Recommendation of the Management Board together with the opinion of the Supervisory Board will be submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders, which will make the final decision on the distribution of net profit of the Company for the year 2015 and determination of the dividend and the dividend payment date.
