Legal basis: Article 56 section 5 of the Act on Offerings - information update
In reference to the event described in current report no. 14/2016 the ENERGA SA Management Board (Company, Issuer) announces that starting with the report for Q1 2016 the definition of EBITDA used by the Company will be modified.
The new definition is as follows:
EBITDA - Operating profit / loss plus depreciation and amortization and impairment losses for non-financial non-current assets.
This modification chiefly aims to enhance transparency and simplify analyses by ensuring comparability for the key parameter in the industry in which the Issuer and its Group function.
