Energa once again ranks among the leaders of communication
Energa has placed in the investor relations research done on WIG30 companies by Gazeta Giełda “Parkiet” and the Polish Association of Brokerage Houses. The level of investor communication was assessed in this plebiscite and awards were conferred during the annual conference held by the Polish Association of Brokerage Houses (IDM) in Bukowina.
Energa has built robust investor relations by pursuing a consistent public relations policy based on integrity. This has been confirmed once again in the investor relations research done on WIG30 companies by Gazeta Giełda “Parkiet” and the Polish Association of Brokerage Houses (IDM), in which Energa took third place.
In 2015 Energa was engaged in a number of activities targeting a variety of investor communities. The company participates in conferences organized for the largest global funds organized by global financial institutions; in September a study tour was organized during which analysts and fund managers were afforded the opportunity to visit some of Energa’s assets and hold meetings with experts from the Group’s various business areas. The Company is also active in communicating with individual investors - a number of multimedia materials has been created chiefly with them in mind to depict the Group’s business, its market position and financial performance in an interesting and comprehensible manner. Last year Energa promoted stock market investing among women under the nationwide program entitled “Stock Investing Is for Women, Too”, as a series of training sessions held in 5 Polish cities.
Modern tools are used in the Company’s communication - the quarterly conferences run by the Management Board are broadcast online giving web users a chance to pose questions. Energa’s representatives also meet with investors during important events, among others, during WallStreet, the largest conference organized for individual investors.
