The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") reports that on February 26th 2016 the Supervisory Board dismissed from the Management Board of ENERGA SA as of February 26th 2016 Mr. Roman Pionkowski, who held the position of Vice President for Strategy and Investments.

Legal ground: § 5 section 1 p. 21 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister dated 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
