The Management Board of ENERGA SA (”Company”) announces that the only shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company held on 7 January 2016 was the State Treasury, entitled to 358 254 317 votes from the possessed shares, which represented 88.59% of the votes taking part in the EGM and constituted 64.09% of the total number of the Company’s shares.
