Dariusz Kaśków as the head of Energa
On January 4, 2016, the new Management Board of ENERGA SA, will begin his duties. As a result of the qualification procedure, the Supervisory Board has appointed Dariusz Kaśków as the President of the Management Board, Mariusz Rędaszka as the Vice President for Financial Matters and Roman Pionkowski as a Vice President for Strategy.
The Supervisory Board of ENERGA SA, who met on 29 December 2015, resolved proceedings for the President and Vice Presidents of the company. On 4 January Dariusz Kaśków was entrusted to perform the duties of President of the Management Board. From January 2007 he has been associated with the ENERGA Group, initially discharging the function of Director General of the ENERGA SA Kalisz Branch , acting as the Vice-President of the Management Board of ENERGA-OPERATOR and subsequently performing the duties of the President of the Management Board of ENERGA OPERATOR SA. He was also the Vice-President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź.
Mariusz Rędaszka will held the position of the Vice President for Financial Matters. He is a manager with many years of experience in strategic management and finance gained in an international business environment, including function of President of the Management Board of Lafarge Gips Poland, Wyborowa SA and Eurolot SA.
Roman Pionkowski, who has been associated with ENERGA Group for many years, recently acting as a President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA and formerly as a President of the Management Board of ENERGA OPERATOR SA, was assigned to perform the duties of the Vice President for Strategy.
Simultaneously the Supervisory Board dismissed from the Management Board Seweryn Kędra Vice President for Financial Matters. Roman Pionkowski tendered his resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of ENERGA SA.
The Supervisory Board decided to close the proceedings for the Vice President for Corporate Matters of the ENERGA SA Management Board with no result.
