Roman Pionkowski seconded to perform the function of President of the Management Board
The Supervisory Board seconded the member of the Supervisory Board Roman Pionkowski to perform the duties of the Company’s President of the Management Board.
On December 7th the Supervisory Board of Energa SA made changes in the Management Board. Roman Pionkowski who is professionally connected with Energa Group for years was assigned to perform the duties of the President of the Management Board for up to 3 months. Currently, the Management Board also includes Seweryn Kędra, Vice President for Financial Matters.
Simultaneously the Supervisory Board dismissed from the Management Board Andrzej Tersa, President of the Management Board and Jolanta Szydłowska, Vice President for Corporate Matters of the Management Board.
Roman Pionkowski was the President of the Management Board of Energa Operator SA, the largest company of Energa Group and a leader in the distribution of electricity. He has been associated with Energa Group for many years - he was a member of the Board of Energa SA and the President of the Management Board of Elektrownia Ostroleka SA. From 2013 to April 2015 as the President of the Management Board of the PSE Investments SA he managed the design and supervision of investment for network investments. On 3 December he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Energa SA by a decision of the Minister of State Treasury.
