Subject: Appointment of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of ENERGA SA (“Company”) announces that the Shareholder-Minister of State Treasury-submitted statements informing that - pursuant to §18 section 3 and §19 section 1 of the ENERGA SA Articles of Association - on 2 December 2015 it appointed Mr. Roman Pionkowski to the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Mr. Roman Pionkowski will hold the position of member of ENERGA SA Supervisory Board.
The Company will provide a biographical note by a separate current report at a later date.
