Subject: Dismissal of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of ENERGA SA (“Company”) announces that the Shareholder-Minister of State Treasury-submitted a statement informing that - pursuant to §18 section 3 of the ENERGA SA Articles of Association - on 2 December 2015 it dismissed Mr. Waldemar Kamrat from the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Mr. Waldemar Kamrat held the position of member of ENERGA SA Supervisory Board.
Legal ground: § 5 section 1 p. 22 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister dated 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
