Topic: Filing resignation from the position held in the Supervisory Board of ENERGA SA

The Management Board of ENERGA SA (‘Company’) announces that on 9 November 2015 received a resignation of Mr. Bogusław Nadolnik from the membership in the Supervisory Board of ENERGA SA effective as of the date of filing resignation. Mr. Bogusław Nadolnik held the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Mr. Bogusław Nadolnik did not mention any reasons for his resignation.
