The Best Annual Report – Energa honoured in two categories in the best annual report competition

The winner of 10^th edition of "The Best Annual Report" competition for the best annual report according to IFRS/IAS, was selected. Energa received two honorary mentions: the first one was awarded by Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao S.A. for a great progress in the quality of the report on operations, the other one honoured the Company's efforts in the preparation of an on-line marketing report, and the jury awarded the Company for the greatest progress within this area.

The award ceremony took place on 15 October in the seat of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the distinctions on behalf of Energa were collected by Andrzej Tersa, the President of the ENERGA SA Management Board.

"The Best Annual Report" competition has been organised for 10 years by the Accounting and Tax Institute. It is addressed to all the companies preparing consolidated annual reports according to IFRS/IAS. The Competition Jury verified over 200 annual reports of listed companies, of which WIG20 was represented in the largest share (80%), and WIG40 and WIG80 with a share of 50%. The contestants were also foreign companies and a large number of state owned enterprises.
