Subject: Seconding a Supervisory Board member to the ENERGA SA Management Board

The Management Board of ENERGA SA („Company") reports that on 6 October 2015 the Supervisory Board seconded the member of the Supervisory Board Mr. Waldemar Kamrat to perform temporarily the duties of the Company’s Management Board Member in charge of coordinating work on the ENERGA Group’s growth strategy for a period of up to 3 months from the date of his secondment.
Mr. Waldemar Kamrat will hold the position of Vice-President of the Management Board in charge of Growth Strategy.
The Company will provide a biographical note by a separate current report at a later date.
