The Management Board of ENERGA SA (“Company”) announces that Minister of State Treasury-submitted a statement informing that - pursuant to §18 section 3 of the ENERGA SA Articles of Association - on 1 October 2015 it dismissed Mr. Jakub Żołyniak from the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Mr. Jakub Żołyniak held the position of member of ENERGA SA Supervisory Board.
Legal ground: § 5 section 1 p. 22 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister dated 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
