The Management Board of ENERGA SA (‘Company’) announces that on 29 July 2015 received a resignation of Mr. Marian Gawrylczyk from the membership in the Supervisory Board of ENERGA SA effective as of the 28 July 2015. Mr. Marian Gawrylczyk held the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Mr. Marian Gawrylczyk did not mention any reasons for his resignation.
