Topic: Appointment of the Management Board of ENERGA SA for a new term of office
The Management Board of ENERGA SA (‘Company’) announces that on 28 April 2015 the Supervisory Board terminated the proceedings on the selection of the Management Board Members of the Company for the 4th term, appointing the following persons:
- Mr. Andrzej Marian Tersa, entrusting with him the function of President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA,
- Mr. Seweryn Piotr Kędra, for the function of Vice President for Financial Matters (CFO) of the Management Board of ENERGA SA,
- Mrs. Jolanta Maria Szydłowska, for the function of Vice President for Corporate Matters of the Management Board of ENERGA SA.
The Supervisory Board decided to close the proceedings for the Vice President for Strategy and Investments of the ENERGA SA Management Board with no result.
The Supervisory Board expressed opinion that the appointed persons have knowledge, skills and capabilities to the extent required to perform the entrusted functions.
The appointment of the above mentioned persons to the Management Board of the Company for the 4th term at will become effective at the moment of the adoption of the resolution approving the financial statements of the Company for the year 2014 by the ENERGA SA Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2015.
Information on the appointed Members of the Management Board of ENERGA SA, as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided in the form of an individual current report at a later date.
