Subject: Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2015

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information

 

The Management Board of ENERGA SA (“Company”) hereby discloses the dates of publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2015:

  1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
  • Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2015 – May 12, 2015.
  • Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2015 – November 9, 2015.
  1. Consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2015 – August 12, 2015.

  2. Annual reports:
  • ENERGA SA stand – alone annual report for 2014 – March 13, 2015.
  • ENERGA Capital Group consolidated annual report for 2014 – March 13, 2015.

The Management Board announces that, pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Journal of Law of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) (“Regulation”), the Company will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the ENERGA Capital Group will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statement and quarterly financial information.

Moreover, the Management Board informs that the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2015 pursuant to § 102 section 1 and § 101 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company will not publish a separate stand–alone half year report pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the Regulation, either.

§ 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
