The Management Board of ENERGA SA (‘Company’) announces that the only shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) of the Company held on 15 February 2014 was the State Treasury, entitled to 358 254 317 votes from the possessed shares, which represented 86,29% of the votes taking part in the EGM and constituted 64.09% of the total number of the Company’s shares.
