Legal grounds: Article 56 section 1 item 2 Act on Offerings – current and periodic information

The Management Board of ENERGA SA (‘Company’) announces that on 6 November 2014, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards as well as having acknowledged the Audit Committee’s recommendation, adopted a resolution No. 62/IV/2014 on the designation of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Armii Ludowej 14 (‘PWC’) as the statutory auditor for auditing of the individual and consolidated financial statements of the Company and its Capital Group and for providing other assurance services for annual periods ended on 31 December 2015, 31 December 2016 and 31 December 2017.

PWC is entered in the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements, carried out by the National Chamber of Chartered Auditors, under entry number 144.

The Company has not used PWC services with regard to the audit of consolidated financial statements, but solely with respect to consulting and training services. The agreement will be concluded for the period ensuring the execution of its subject.

§ 5 section 1 item 19 together with § 25 of the Minister of Finance Decree dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
