Topic: Validation of the Gdansk District Court judgment on the action of a shareholder, FORTA Sp. z o.o.

With regard to the Current Report No. 18/2014 dated 26 March 2014, the Management Board of ENERGA SA (‘Company’, ‘ENERGA’) announces that on 15 September 2014 it was notified on the validation from 22 August 2014 of the Gdansk District Court judgment dated 26 March 2014 on the rejection of the action of the FORTA Sp. z o.o. shareholder, with its seat in Jasin, on the annulment (or repeal) of the Resolution No. 24 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of ENERGA SA (“EGM”), dated 3 September 2013 and on the redemption of the proceedings in terms of the claim to repeal the EGM Resolution No. 23, due to the lawsuit withdrawal.
