Subject: Entrusting functions among the Supervisory Board members

Legal basis:Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

In reference to Current Report No. 26/2014, the Management Board of ENERGA SA (”Company”) announces that on 6 June 2014 the Company’s Supervisory Board entrusted functions among its members for the 4^th term of office as follows:

1)       Bogusław Nadolnik – Chairman of the Supervisory Board,

2)       Marian Gawrylczyk – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board,

3)       Paula Ziemiecka-Księżak – Secretary of the Supervisory Board,

4)       Jarosław Mioduszewski – Member of the Supervisory Board,

5)       Mirosław Szreder – Member of the Supervisory Board,

6)       Zbigniew Wtulich – Member of the Supervisory Board,

7)       Jakub Żołyniak - Member of the Supervisory Board.

In addition, the Supervisory Board decided to appoint the following members to the Audit Committee: Mirosław Szreder, Marian Gawrylczyk, Jarosław Mioduszewski and Zbigniew Wtulich.

Biographies of the Supervisory Board Members have been submitted by a way of the Current Report No. 26/2014 and displaced on the Company’s web site.
