ENERGA SA informs that Current Report No. 16/2014 erroneously contained a notion of “share capital” instead of “supplementary capital”.
It was: “(…) to allocate the remaining amount of PLN 84,981,644.09 (say: eighty four million nine hundred eighty one thousand six hundred forty four zlotys and nine groszys) for the share capital, representing 17.03% of net profit.”
It should be: “(…) to allocate the remaining amount of PLN 84 981 644.09 (say: eighty four million nine hundred eighty one thousand six hundred forty four zlotys and nine groszys) for the supplementary capital, representing 17.03% of net profit.”
Legal grounds: §6 sec. 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
