The Management Board of ENERGA SA informs that as a result of an obvious edited typo, Current Report No. 15/2014 contained incorrect information on the changed date of stand-alone and consolidated 2013 annual reports publication from 10 March 2013 to 7 March 2013, while it should read from 10 March 2014 to 7 March 2014.
Legal grounds: §103 sec. 1 and §6 sec. 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33 item 259, with amendments).
