The Management Board of ENERGA SA (”Company”) announces that the only shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company held on 17 February 2014 was the State Treasury, entitled to 358 254 317 votes from the possessed shares, which represented 91.04% of the votes taking part in the EGM and constituted 64.09% of the total number of the Company’s shares,
