Subject: Amendments to ENERGA SA Articles of Association
Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ENERGA SA (”Company”) announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of 17 February 2014 adopted a resolution on amending the Articles of Associations of the Company.
The up-to-date provision of § 33 section 2 reading:
“2. The personal rights referred to in § 18 and § 19 of the Articles of Association shall expire on the day on which the share of the rights holder in the share capital falls below 10%.”
received the following amended wording:
“2. The personal rights referred to in § 18 and § 19 of the Articles of Association shall expire on the day on which the share of the rights holder in the share capital falls below 20%.”.
