Subject: Admission and introduction of ENERGA SA series A bonds to the regulated market and their exclusion from ATS on Catalyst

The Management Board of ENERGA SA (“Company”) announces that the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. (“BondSpot”) by virtue of its resolution no. 20/14 dated 23 January 2014 made a decision to (i) admit the Company’s 100,000 series A bearer bonds of a total value of PLN 1,000,000,000 and a unit par value of PLN 10,000 each, marked with a code PLENERG00014 (“Bonds”) by the National Depository for Securities (“KDPW”), to trading on the OTS regulated market organized by BondSpot within Catalyst and (ii) introduce them to trading on the OTS regulated market organized by BondSpot within Catalyst starting from 29 January 2014.

At the same time, the BondSpot Management Board under its resolution no. 21/14 of 23 January 2014 decided to exclude effective from 29 January 2014 the Company Bonds from trading in the Alternative Trading System organized by Catalyst.
