In connection with discharging the function of ENERGA's share issue sponsor by the Pekao SA Central Brokerage House (CDM Pekao), please find below key information on depositing ENERGA's shares.
Currently ENERGA’s share documents are kept in the deposit operated by the Pekao SA Central Brokerage House (“CDM Pekao SA”).Shareholders do not have to take any actions to dematerialize their shares and, as a consequence, trade them on the stock exchange. To deposit shares the Shareholders should contact any CDM Pekao SA Customer Service Outlet and submit an instruction to deposit the shares on an investment account kept in CDM Pekao SA, or collect a share purchase confirmation and go to the brokerage house in which they have an investment account to file a deposit instruction.

Additionally, for your convenience, we have launched provisional Customer Service Outlets in:
