ENERGA once again named a High Reputation Brand

ENERGA has been recognised as a High Reputation Brand in the PremiumBrand survey for the second time in a row. The ceremony was held on 17 June in Hotel Polonia Palace in Warsaw to conclude the 8th edition of the project and to award certificates to the companies recognised.

The results of the PremiumBrand 2013 survey confirmed the high ratings that ENERGA received from consumers last year. The Company earned three stars again and was among the thirteen leaders of the ranking, which included such brands as: Orange, Bank BPH, Opoczno, or Cersanit. 500 people participated in this year’s edition of the survey, organised by MMT Management. Brand reputation was evaluated in four aspects: references, media atmosphere, community involvement and employer brand.

Analysis of the survey shows that consumers see ENERGA primarily as a business operating in a positive media atmosphere and as an attractive employer (third place in this category among the companies covered by the survey). According to the respondents, ENERGA is also a recommendable brand. The Company’s community involvement was rated at an average of 4.26 points, which is a relatively good result. 71% of the respondents answered “yes” to the question about awareness of the ENERGA brand, most of them with university education.

“We are happy that the consumers surveyed have again recognised the effort involved in the continuing improvement of the quality of our services”, summarised Katarzyna Kowalska from the Energa SA Marketing and Communication Centre. “According to ENERGA Group’s strategy, comfortable living and working conditions for our customers are indeed our top priority. Therefore, the positive results of the survey confirm the legitimacy of our actions and motivate us to continue changing.”

However, the image-building activities of ENERGA Group are not restricted to meeting the needs of existing and potential customers. It is also the Company’s ambition to actively participate in the life of its community, as a responsible neighbour, and to implement environmentally sound projects. What is more, the Company has been winning awards and gaining recognition for its activities in this area, too. A few weeks ago, ENERGA was honoured with the CSR Silver Leaf, an award given to selected businesses from Polityka magazine’s Top 500. This honour is awarded to companies distinguished by a responsible and balanced approach to their business activities.
