Over 1,400 people have taken part in stock exchange workshops

Half-way through the stock exchange workshops conducted within the framework of the educational program entitled “Citizen Shareholding. Invest Wisely” it is safe to say that they enjoy huge popularity. So far over 1,400 people have taken part in 11 sessions. A record-breaking turnout was recorded in Wrocław (207 attendees) and in Częstochowa (173).

In total, until the end of March, experts from brokerage houses will visit 22 cities throughout Poland, delivering 25 workshops on the basics of stock exchange investments. At the meetings they explain what you should take into account when investing at the stock exchange. In a simple and interesting way, using numerous examples, they explain the basics of fundamental and technical analysis. Attendees also learn why it is good to have a strategy and why emotions do not make a good advisor.

Each of the attendees receives useful educational materials and takes part in contests with prizes.

This is already the third edition of free stock exchange investment workshops conducted within the framework of the educational program “Citizen Shareholding. Invest Wisely.”

The program has been executed for three years by the State Treasury Ministry in cooperation with capital market institutions and associations, brokerage houses and listed companies.It is addressed to persons interested in investing at the stock exchange and, for the first time this year, also to listed companies, regarding investor relations.
