Information on the existing Company's rule regarding the change of entity authorized to review financial statements

The applicable regulations related to the rotation of the audit firm and the key statutory auditor as well as obligatory grace periods are observed in Energa SA.

In accordance with the adopted policy regarding the selection of the audit firm the maximum period of cooperation may not exceed 5 years.

Up to date the cooperation with none of the three entities authorized to review the Company’s financial statements has lasted for more than 5 years.
