The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") reports that on 6 February 2020 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted the resolution to appoint as of 10 February 2020, Marek Kasicki to the Management Board of the 6th term of office for the function of Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance.
Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board of Energa SA required by the law will be provided in a separate current report at a later date.
