Subject: Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2018

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of Energa ("Company") announces the publication dates of ENERGA Group's periodic reports in 2018:

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2018 - May 10, 2018.

- Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2018 - November 8, 2018.

2. The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2018 containing the Company's condensed half-year standalone financial statements - August 9, 2018.

3. Annual reports:

- Standalone annual report for 2017 - March 15, 2018.

- Consolidated annual report for 2017 - March 15, 2018.

The Management Board announces that, pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Journal of Law of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) ("Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the ENERGA Capital Group will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statement and quarterly financial information.

Moreover, the Management Board informs that the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2018 pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company will not publish a separate stand-alone half year report pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the Regulation, either.
