Subject: Changes in the Management Board
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ENERGA SA („Company") reports that on 7 December 2015 the Supervisory Board dismissed from the Management Board the following persons:
- Andrzej Marian Tersa, performing the function of President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA,
- Jolanta Maria Szydłowska, performing the function of Vice President for Corporate Matters of the Management Board of ENERGA SA.
Simultaneously the Supervisory Board seconded the member of the Supervisory Board Mr. Roman Pionkowski to perform temporarily the duties of the Company’s Management Board Member for a period of up to 3 months from the date of his secondment. Mr. Roman Pionkowski will hold the position of President of the Management Board. The Company has provided the biographical note by a separate current report no. 25/2015.
Legal ground: § 5 section 1 p. 22 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister dated 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
