Appropriation of 2014 net profit

The Management Board of ENERGA SA with its seat in Gdansk announces that Annual General Meeting adopted a resolution on the net profit appropriation for the year 2014:

• distributing PLN 596,256,644.16 for the Company’s shareholders dividend, i.e. PLN 1.44 per share.
• The dividend record date, set in the resolution, is 7 May 2015.
• The dividend payout day 21 May 2015.
