Appropriation of 2013 net profit

The Management Board of ENERGA SA with its seat in Gdańsk kindly informs that:

1) the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of ENERGA SA passed Resolution No. 5 on the matter of the distribution of net profit for 2013, setting aside a sum of PLN 414 067 114.00 for a shareholder dividend, i.e. PLN 1 per share,

2) the day of the dividend - 27 May 2014

3) the dividend payout day - 10 June 2014
